What Makes My Workshops and Coaching So Unique?
I have over 20 years' experience working professionally as an entrepreneur
creating new ideas and concepts, working with an array companies and industries.
I have appeared as a guest on many radio talk shows. Since 2003 I have
provided coaching, training programs and workshops for clients including
Honda Canada, Ontario Government, Ontario Office Works, City of Niagara
Falls, Centennial College, Workforce Technologies, just to name a few.
As a right brain lateral thinker creating product ideas for companies
and working as a recording artist and producer, I have first-hand experience
and great knowledge of the creative process, which helps me relate and
communicate to the people I’m working with. I write monthly editorials
for the Business Link Publication and have also written editorials for
Canada’s Soho Business magazine on Right brain/lateral thing and the importance
of creativity within the work place. For the past 3 years I have been
studying and researching right brain/ lateral thinking processes which
has greatly added to my understanding of the importance of creativity
in business and organizations and the economic issues that impact on a
business
Coaching Format
Coaching can be delivered one-to-one, or with a management partnership
or team. It can take place face-to-face or by telephone. Most sessions
last 1-2 hours, to fit into your schedule. Workshops are much more involved
and are conducted at your place of work and run for 8 hours with 1 hour
for lunch and two 10 minute breaks or they can be split up into two or
three sessions. |
